Atera offers a unique dining experience with top-notch service and a varied menu. The tasting menu is a standout, featuring well-balanced dishes that are culinary art, with interesting flavor combinations. Signature dishes include serving with white asparagus, black caviar, roe, truffle, and foie gras. The dessert, which highlights a micro ice cream cone, was a fun highlight. Atera provides a non-alcoholic drink tasting option, as well as wine pairing, wines by the glass and bottles, teas, and other beverages.
The counter seating area is comfortable, allowing guests to see the preparation of each dish while having enough space to converse without being intrusive to others. The upscale yet not overly formal vibe, with a dark grey interior, adds to the overall experience. Guests have described the experience as both the best travel and the best food experience they've ever had, with every course executed to absolute perfection. The service is exceptional, with the staff being polite, professional, and attentive.
While the food quality is excellent, some guests have expressed that the chefs and staff did not express a clear point of view about their offerings. Nevertheless, Atera is a restaurant worth revisiting for its delicious food and impeccable service.
