Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service, the FOOD, the care, absolutely exquisite. I can’t wait to come back.

Really disappointed in my experience. Everything was just hit or miss which would usually make me rate 3 stars. Some dishes were brilliant including the starters, the crazy striped Jack dish with its masterful blending of such interesting flavors, and the sundubu with it's perfectly cooked shrimp and brilliant use of foie. Others were missed, like abalone dish cut too thick and the tile fish that was also too thick and did not pair with the noodles we were told to alternate bites between.

What really ruined the dinner was the fly that landed on my tea leaves. I declined a fresh brew but got the feeling that particular staff member thought I was trying to get something for free because it was never mentioned again and by the end of the service, 3 more flies were about. Gross, unacceptable for this price of dinner, and if the staff is fine with flies it makes me question the hygiene of the place. In case you didn't believe me Atomix I have a pic and vid so please enjoy. I would not come back. Oh and no small thank you gift like some prestige restaurants like to do, just a card trying to sell you a $60 cook book.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants of all time. This is not fusion—this is authentic Korean cuisine. The chef truly understands the essence of each dish and the foundations of gastronomy. It’s not just about made-up stories, beautiful presentations, or throwing together expensive ingredients. I was even more surprised to learn that they have a rotating menu. It’s hard to believe they can consistently create such incredibly delicious dishes.

Looking forward to coming back here again.

Atomix is next-level amazing! The tasting menu is packed with creative takes on Korean flavors, and every plate looks like a work of art. The staff is super welcoming and explains each dish in a way that makes the experience even better. The whole vibe is modern, cozy, and just perfect for a special night out. Definitely one of my favorite spots in NYC.

Finally after a year we were able to get a reservation here and only because someone else canceled theirs. This experience was on another level, as an immersive experience, as soon as we entered the restaurant.

First we got to tase two different broths one seasoned with salt and the other one seasoned with soy sauce older than 5 years. In each dish you could see the meticulously planning and execution. With each of the dishes we received a beautifully design card with the chef story and the ingredients list. We are so grateful that we were able to experience this.

We will definitely visit again if we are lucky to score a reservation.

What can I say about this place which the laurels bestowed on this establishment already don’t convey. Was lucky to get a reservation for their full dining experience, and made Atomix the last thing I did in NYC during my recent trip to the Big Apple. The dining experience at Atomix was beyond brilliant. It was undoubtedly my best fine dining experience in US, and definitely my top 3 fine dining experiences ever. I am beyond surprised that Atomix doesn’t have 3 Michelin stars as it’s better than any 3 Michelin star restaurant I’ve dined at.

The tasting menu comprised ~12-13 courses (including the amuse bouche / starting courses). Every course is so well thought out in terms of ingredients, flavour profile, preparation, presentation, and most importantly, inspiration. It would be unfair of me to single out any particular course as my favourite as everything was top notch.

For beverages, I went with the non-alcoholic pairing which was very nice too. Service here is fantastic, and you are diligently catered to throughout the meal by the restaurant staff who are polite, courteous, jovial and friendly.

After dining at Atomix, I feel like it should be a bucket list item to dine here. A 1000% recommendation for New Yorkers and visitors alike.

Bad restaurant, Bad food, Great service But it does not make up for the rest of the experience or outrageous price. Not to mention that I have no doubt the food was expensive but the taste was lackluster at best and at worst bad. Don’t go unless you plan on flexing it to your instagram followers.

Underwhelming. And I'm so sad to say that because this was one of the restaurants I was looking forward to trying the most in NYC. The red beet and dark chocolate sauce on the dry-aged beef was incredible, but with that many courses, there should be more than one dish that stands out. Both desserts didn't do it for me. The bits of gelatin rhubarb were texturally unappetizing. Loved the location and my cocktail Spring on 14th (Chartreuse and Mezcal).

I don’t understand the hype. Probably one of the most disappointing Michelin dinners I’ve ever had. Jacob was the only one who seemed to be genuinely interested in making our time here special.

Won’t visit again.

Splurged with a foodie friend to dine, but the $430 per person bill for tasting menu and one cocktail felt much overrated. We are both honestly still baffled to the consistently top reviews and wonder if we missed something.

Ambience was okay, if not a tad overdone. Small space, stairs down to a presentation station and then communal counter seating. “Choose your chopsticks” felt a little gimmicky to me, but I’m asian so maybe that’s why. The mini essay card per dish was a thoughtful concept, but after a while it felt overly token-ish for food that wasn’t particularly memorable.

Food plating was meticulous, but again the main thing - the flavors didn’t feel particularly unique, surprising, or “wow” the night we were there. The experience felt overpriced to us both, having just dined at the understatedly wonderful Quintonil (top 2 restaurant) and having just been to Seoul where creatively beautiful and flavorful Korean cuisine abounds. I wonder if Atomix stands out more because it’s more accessible in NY and high-end asian dining is more novel outside Asia?
