Best omakase in the city. Ask for the tuna backbone marrow. You won’t be disappointed.
One of my favorite omakase spots in the Flatiron/Nomad area. The menu is always changing, with rare and exceptional ingredients. This time, the chef served a unique dish from the tuna spinal jelly , It had a delicate, clear, jelly-like texture that was unlike anything I’d ever tasted. Definitely one of the most memorable bites I’ve had, and worth visiting just for this special dish.
