THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED. had their food in the past. It was great. Tried to call for rsvp. No one picks up. Their Instagram is well alive letting me believe that they are open. Walked to location. It is closed and abandoned.

-1 extremely long and unnecessarily long wait times, especially for what is supposed to be a fast service like mealpal-1 mediocre food. I got the piadina- not bad, but nothing standout, and certainly didn't warrant the wait-2 staff rudeness. All of the white people were served first, regardless of whether they came before or after me. Annoyed that I was annoyed for waiting, the waiter shoved a to-go box in my hand a little too hard and walked away without saying anything

better comfortable seating then terra, the orginal place across the street. nice attentive service and better than terra but food is better at terra. good prices for food and wine at both.

I've visited a couple of times after work (pre-COVID, back when working in the office as a thing), once for drinks and another time for dinner. Both times, I had a really nice experience. The restaurant is cozy, warm, and quieter than a lot of the restaurants and bars nearby, although it starts to get much busier after 6:30pm. They have a great wine selection so I would definitely recommend if you're looking to grab some vino after a long day.For dinner, I had the Maltagliati alle Capesante with scallops, butter, and sage. The pasta was fresh and the portion was very filling. The couple next to us ordered the steak and it smelled DELICIOUS. I was jealous we didn't order this as well, but next time I definitely will. All pastas are $17, and salads are $14 which I think is reasonable for NYC.

This was our destination/must-visit restaurant during our UW/Cal trip. I had never been there, so I was definitely looking forward to trying The Best Damn Cioppino ($44.95 and serves two generously) since my friend kept raving about it! I must admit that it is probably the best cioppino I've ever had - and I'm from Seattle! We did order some tasty oysters (West Coast), too!

Came here a couple of weeks ago. Hands down one of my favorite Italian places and by far the best cioppino I have ever had. Be prepared for a wait since the places isn't very big, we had to wait about an hour but it was worth it. I split a cioppino and a pesto with smoked salmon fettuccine, and both were great.

Awful! This place was a good hidden gem when it was called Attraversa Tribeca. Same owners as Terra and good food, nice service. Recently they changed management and ownership but kept a similar name (now Attraversiamo) and the food - especially the pasta - is awful. Be aware please!

Oh yeah this is the place to get warm and spicy. Like LITERALLY it is soooo hot in here, it feels like there's no ventilation. I was in a sweater and I was legit sweating my makeup off. But there's also some other hot stuff going on here. Mark the bartender has some FIRE bartending skills going on. I'm in sales and I can smell great customer service from anywhere. I'm generally a white wine ho but have been trying to convert myself to a red wine ho and he suggested that we try dogajolo toscano (?) and it was pretty good. Great way to ease into red wine I'd say. But also, this is dating town af. This is definitely the place to drink some good wine and get it onnnnnn. The pasta though.. oh no. We got the octopus fusilli and seared scallops pasta. I actually thought I would've liked the scallops but it was really mediocre and kinda flavorless, not gonna lie. I reallyyy liked the octopus though unexpectedly. Regardless, I'd probably be back just for the wines and flowing vibes... ;)

Great service and delicious food. While this spot is known for its seafood me and my friend got the steak. We were feeling $$$$ and Surprisingly, Splitting the steak with a friend is comparable to some of the best steaks in NYC. Was not too pleased with the seafood. What's lacks on the seafood is made up from the great service.

Yes, food is very good and fresh tasting. But the place smells. Literally. It smells like they've got some kind of plastic off-gassing in there. I suspect it's the plastic prosciutto they've got hanging on the wall for decoration. Anyway, the smell is super distracting and a vibe-killer. The owners would do well to find out what it is and take care of it. Besides that, service was clumsy: The bus person tried to cram our large plates in front of us before clearing our empty oversized app plates. (We sat at the bar.) As he began to move away, I asked him to please clear the empties, but he said he would have to go around to the other side of the bar to do that...? Didn't make sense as he was right there. And of course it's always a feel-good moment when you're trying to get the bartender's attention but he's too busy looking at his phone. In short, this place has a little more work to do if they want to survive. I've lived in the neighborhood a long time and have seen many a restaurant come and go from that space which has historically had a lot of turnover.
