Great cafe with excellent coffee and beverages. Very spacious and the outlets are abundant. No wifi, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The staff are friendly and fast. It's a great space to get some work done! The tall ceilings + usually busy crowd are enough so that it's not an entirely quiet atmosphere.. but not raucous enough to where it's distracting. Clean bathroom to boot!
I first discovered Gotan Cafe when I spent the summer in NYC a couple of years ago, and I was so excited to come back during this visit. I ended up going multiple times, and I’m happy to say that they’ve retained all the charm, along with the quality of the food and service that I remembered.
