The cashier was rude! Didn't understand what I was saying. Clearly asked for pretzel nuggets and the lady behind him had to say that they wouldn't be ready for another 17 min. I just took the pretzel that I didn't want. On Google maps it says 2nd floor and it's on the 7th floor. The pretzel was hot and fresh though.

I love the pretzels but not the cashiers. I have brought here before. I don't care if people speak their own language but I don't like an attitude. These two girls African. One of the girls kept looking at me laughed and had an eye roll. I don't appreciate this type of behavior. I will not be going back. Too bad. It is very close to me.

It’s hard to go wrong with Auntie Anne’s… I always get the Cinnamon Sugar pretzel bites and as long as they’re coated, they’re amazing. This location only had the regular sizes (large), because they ran out of the small (the actual regular/normal size), which I was fine with because that’s what I wanted anyway
