Great Popcorn here
The employee serving me was rude, shaking her head and mumbling because I was moving to slow with the machine and pressing the botton for that tip. Date Sat 28th June at 11:58pm. A Hispanic young lady. There was no one else in the line behind me. I told her no need to be so rude. And she responded she didn't care. I am never buying there again and would tell my friends and family to also not buy, because I take the ferry everyday. Maybe only the tourist gets respect, a smile and a thank you. Remember the locals held you down and supported that business during COVID.

Just my opinion, maybe hire an adult to supervise. First time going there, walked up and ordered a pretzel dog, was informed I would have a long wait, which I would be ok with and was then met with blank stares. (would have been fresh). After a couple of minutes of silence I opted for already made pepperoni bites. There was absolutely nothing spoke between any customers or staff, because the staff was too busy with their silliness and drama filled conversations. It's sad, this place has so much potential, and kids are going to run it in the ground. I am currently sitting eating, and watching people stand in line not being served due to the kitchen talk. I have counted 5 people walk away due to not being served. How sad.
Strawberry lemonade slushi was good
The young Hispanic man serving at the south ferry counter is very RUDE. He snaps at customers and treats them like they’re a nuisance.
Delicious stuff. But what needs to stop is the ask to make a “choice” for making a tip when people just buy stuff to go and pay by card. Really annoying especially when people are in rush
There are many places that don't accept gift cards. It happened again today—they wouldn’t take my gift card and forced me to pay with a credit card.
It’s the best pretzel you will find 😁🤩
burned pretzel... for that price... uhmmm NEVER AGAIN!

This store is horrible! My money was refund I won't be getting it back till 2-3 days I will not be returning back here.
bring back the sour cream pretzels 😩 get rid of the nasty almond 🤢
Apparently we close whenever we feel like, even if the mall clearly doesn't close until 6 and it's 5:45. Even better when the employees are hateful and unhelpful. Guess I'll be buying snacks elsewhere from here on out.
I really take issue with being asked (verbally) how much tip I want to leave before I can even pay for my order. This is not table service. It is a mall kiosk. Almost $11 for pretzel bites and a sprite (which turned out to be carbonated water) is ridiculous. To expect a tip on top of that, is just not okay. My son really enjoys these, but I’m not sure I’ll be back.
Great staff and bomb food!
