Yesterday, I had the privilege of visiting Aves Restaurante with my family, and I must say it was an unforgettable culinary experience. From the very first moment, the atmosphere enveloped us with its understated elegance and welcoming ambiance, perfect for enjoying a special evening.

Aves masterfully combines the best of Thai and Chinese cuisine. Each dish was a symphony of exotic and balanced flavors, made with fresh ingredients and presented with impeccable aesthetics. Every detail reflected a dedication to and respect for Asian culinary traditions, interpreted with a contemporary touch.

I would especially like to thank Wagner for his elegant and attentive service, which made our experience even more memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at Gwo. On our first visit, we weren’t entirely convinced, but after seeing the new menu with Chinese and Thai options, we decided to give it another try — and it was the best decision.
My wife and I looked at each other, smiled, and ordered dishes from both menus: simply incredible. Every flavor was a delightful surprise.

We especially want to highlight Wagner and Rodrigo, who treated us with exceptional kindness and patience. Their service was impeccable and truly made our evening perfect.

We’re leaving happy, absolutely delighted with the place, and we’ll definitely be coming back with our friends. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

This past Friday, we had the pleasure of visiting Aves. Although the restaurant was full, we sat at the bar, where the experience turned out to be simply exceptional. From there, we were able to enjoy the show and admire Rodrigo’s impeccable management, as well as the perfect coordination of the team — it was even a delight to watch how gracefully they moved between the different levels of the place.

The food was exquisite, the service attentive and kind, and the atmosphere truly charming. Every detail reflected dedication and professionalism. It was, without a doubt, a memorable evening that left us eager to return.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately it was completely overshadowed by the attitude of the manager, Wagner. From the moment we walked in, he came across as dismissive and unapproachable. When I tried to bring up a small concern, instead of listening or offering a solution, he responded with sarcasm and an arrogant tone that made the situation uncomfortable.

It’s a shame because the rest of the staff were actually very kind and attentive — you could tell they were doing their best to make customers feel welcome. But having a manager who treats guests as if they’re an inconvenience sets a terrible example and creates a tense atmosphere for everyone.

Good customer service starts with leadership, and unfortunately Wagner’s behavior completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable meal. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because the food and ambiance deserve better management.
