Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Employee
I recently visited Baked by Melissa in New York City with high expectations, eager to enjoy their renowned cupcakes. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the exceptionally rude behavior of one of their employees.
**Customer ** From the moment I attempted to walk in (Saturday @ 8:17pm), the staff member that was mopping the floor was unwelcoming. His comment and tone "just when I started mopping" was unprofessional and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. With that said, we decided to head up the block to another cupcake establishment.
**Overall ** While I'm sure the cupcakes at Baked by Melissa are undeniably delicious, the rude and unfriendly behavior of the employee I encountered significantly detracted from my visit and steered us away from enjoying their cupcakes. For me, customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and sadly, this experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

BBM makes absolutely delicious gluten free pancakes. The tiny bite sizes are cute and help hide the guilt. E had fun celebrating with the birthday 25 mini cupcake size.

I have been buying these cupcakes for years, but the price has now outweighed the nice flavor and cute bite size design. I just paid $42.05 for a 25 pack. $5 surcharge because I wanted to pick my own flavors and $.05 charge for a bag. WhileI have always liked these cupcakes a 25 pack is probably not even 2 full size cupcakes. I think the price has become outrageous and am disappointed to say Im not sure I will be buying these again.
