My daughter loved them, me not so much but I did like the mint chocolate chip one. While they are ok, $34 for a 25 ct of a few bites didn’t seem worth it to me, however my little cupcake lover would say otherwise but until she’s paying I think we need to pass on the next time, lol.

Extremely frustrating. I placed an order online for delivery and paid for expedited shipping. Not only did the expedited delivery arrive three days late, but the package was hot, damp, damaged, and the cupcakes were somewhat melted. Nobody has gotten back to me yet, despite repeated calls, and I would warn anyone from ordering from this company.

Angel and Shana made my day! I stopped in just before closing after a long day, and their positive energy jumped out at me as soon as I stepped through the door! You could tell they loved working together and they made me laugh multiple times in the few minutes I was there! They even gave me a free sample to taste of a flavor I hadn’t tried before! It was the mint chip and it was so good!! I have always loved baked by Melissa cupcakes but the two of them just made me a lifetime fan! Thank you queens!!!!

I had placed an online order for a birthday cake for my husband and scheduled to pick it up at your 86th Street location today at 3:00. However, upon arriving at the shop at the designated time, I was met with a disheartening situation. There was no one present inside the shop, and the only indication of any activity was a poster that read, "Be right back."I patiently waited outside the shop, enduring harsh weather conditions during a storm, in the hope that someone from your staff would return shortly to assist me. To my dismay, more than 25 minutes passed, and no one from your team showed up. My attempts to reach your customer service via telephone were equally unfruitful, as the calls only led to a voicemail with no response.As a loyal customer of Baked by Melissa, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had been looking forward to celebrating my husband's birthday with one of your cakes, and the anticipation quickly turned into a regrettable situation.The worse part was I wrote to their CSR and they replied two days later and said they closed the shop due to the weather condition. If that’s the case why not email me or text me don’t come and pick up the cake. Or post a note on the door said “we are closed” not “will be back” signed. So I d didn’t need to wait in the rain for more than 20 mins. So disappointed.

I Picked up the Gemini Vegan Box of 25 pack today.The young lady at the front counter was very nice and the cupcakes tasted AMAZING!Each cupcake flavorful and moist.Thank you for this perfect birthday treat.

Was so excited to try these cupcakes. Bought the 25 for $37. However, after trying eating two I became suddenly flushed and began to get a bad stomach ache, headache, and eventually got very ill. Rather unfortunate.

I've returned and asked the staff to make sure the cookies were warm as per a suggestion from management. They were all PERFECT. Crispy buttery outside with a gooey center. I don't know how they do it.
