Let me start with the obvious at the Pittsburgh location we visited for a Birthday celebration last Saturday. It’s obvious that the restaurant is beautiful, and that the food was fabulous! What was also obvious was the lack of or very poor service our party of 5 received. I would expect with a restaurant of this grander that we would have been treated like you were happy to see us.
