Never had blue fish sushi, was pretty awesome and the caviar on ice cream was amazing. Amberjack with soy and sake sorbet was another stand out course (gotta try and make that sorbet). One of the owners tj was serving up drinks and new guy chef Josh was fun to tease. I was by myself, and was made at ease with both sparking some banter and my neighbors jumping in (nice couple celebrating 1 yr together). Even got a small bday candle at the end even though it was almost a week before. Good concept overall.

Very intimate, very cosy, great for dining solo. Fresh, local products. Flavors aren't like anything you've had before (unless you've been to their also-great sister restaurant, Rosella). The team is lovely and very attentive, have great suggestions for drinks to pair with the food. Can't recommend this place enough!
