What a wonderful experience we had at Bar Miller! This is a meal that pushes the boundaries of what omakase can be, all while maintaining a respect for the environment. The creativity shines through in every dish - we had wagyu from Connecticut, bluefish from Montauk, along with more traditional bites such as raw bass, shrimp and trout, all served (deliciously) on rice sourced locally from New York.

best omakase experience I've had. the vibe (decor/music), flavor the team are second to none. treat yourself, treat your friend and get some bites that you'll still be romanticizing about the next day.

Hurts my heart to write this review but we left so disappointed by the meal. We had super high hopes because we’re huge fans of Rosella (literally my fave place in nyc) plus at $250 a head this is definitely not cheap. We went for a special bday dinner and just did not find many of the pieces to be that great overall, but especially at this price tag. Most of the fish was very underwhelming. Sadly would not recommend… I’ve liked many omakase spots more that are $100 or less...
