Bar Miller was a really fun and unique Omakse experience. A very small and intimate setting where you got to interact with the chefs and staff the whole meal. And most importantly the food was delicious, interesting and locally sourced which is unique for omakase
As a first-time omakase customer, I was blown away by the quality of the fish and the exceptional wine pairing. Each piece of fish was fresh and expertly prepared, showcasing remarkable attention to detail. The wine selection complemented the dishes perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. It was truly memorable and I would highly recommend it.
Never had blue fish sushi, was pretty awesome and the caviar on ice cream was amazing. Amberjack with soy and sake sorbet was another stand out course (gotta try and make that sorbet). One of the owners tj was serving up drinks and new guy chef Josh was fun to tease. I was by myself, and was made at ease with both sparking some banter and my neighbors jumping in (nice couple celebrating 1 yr together). Even got a small bday candle at the end even though it was almost a week before....
