Worst place on earth ! Save you some time and don t go there. I never had that much bad service in my life… when ask to the waiter « is this cocktail not to sugary » the answer was « it s a cocktail… it s suppose to be sugary » with an obnoxious tone… i did not know not that on top of paying for the cocktail I had to educate the staff on the different flavor a cocktail could have… it always a good reminder on waiter that if they don t like their job, probably Jeff Bezos or any other billionaire could offer them one in their industry. But in any case, please let the hospitality industry to the one like me, who believe a good service require skills!

It’s clean. Its atmosphere’s very good. The aperol spritzes are very tasty. The Manhattans, too.

I liked the elegant atmosphere so much we returned to this bar again and again for cocktails on vacation. The pistacchio surprised and the tried and true aperol spritz slapped. The service was on point and the overall experience was bussin’

The service at this place really fell off. First, the waiter asked if we’re ready to order when we haven’t even been given the menu. They didn’t bring us sparkling water, or plates for our cups like the other customers received. The negligence is a bit disappointing because this used to be a chic and lovely place to come for coffee. The owner should really give more attention to what kind of staff they hire.

As the other negative reviews say- veryyy rude manager. My friend and I asked her for a seat and she pointed us to a table that was very undesirable. We told politely her we’d rather wait for another table since we noticed many people had their checks. She responded nastily “oh I know about the other tables. Don’t tell me. You can sit at this one” Referencing back towards the table in the middle of the street. Plenty of other better places in the neighborhood without the attitude. Go to Sogno Toscano instead or literally anywhere else.

Busy little spot on the corner, we waited in line for a while but didn’t mind. Great people watching! The hostess was very accommodating and we were able to grab a drink before being seated. We sat outside under the heater, and it was comfortable. The Aperol spritz didn’t disappoint and the pistachio cocktail was unique and delicious.

This bar is terrible, it's the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food and drink is awful and the service is extremely poor (the waitress here is probably a racist). If you look through their one-star reviews, you'll see I'm not the first to say this.I waited for half an hour to be seated, and after my friend and I sat down, the waitress tossed a menu at us, all in French. We couldn't find what we wanted, so when she came over, we pointed at pictures on Google Maps of what we wanted. She was very impatient and condescending. When I pointed at one of the drinks and asked if it was a margarita, she acted like she didn't understand and impatiently asked, 'What did you say?' I repeated myself, and then she replied, 'Not at all,' without explaining what it was. I said I wanted one anyway. When she brought the food, she slammed it on the table, and we clearly heard the glass clinking. She never checked in on us if we needed anything else, etc. After waiting for a long time, we had to call her several times to get the bill. I asked if we could do separate check, and she impatiently responded, 'What do you mean? Do you mean split?' I said yes. When I paid with my card, I saw that the tip was automatically set at 20%. I chose to customize it and gave 16%. Almost immediately, she angrily snatched the POS machine away without saying anything. I feel like we didn't receive any service and were treated very poorly. I suggest that all non-white people avoid this place because they won't treat you properly.

I’ve been to Bar Pisellino for early breakfast a few times, which has been fantastic. The space itself is beautiful and probably one of my favorite parts of visiting, and the coffee and food are delicious too. It’s a great place to visit early and sit inside for a bit while sipping a cappuccino and indulging in a panino or cornetto.Post-work/pre-dinner drinks are a different story. The place gets packed very early, the cocktails are a little too sweet, but worst of all is the crowd it attracts. Everyone seems to be bothered by the presence of others near them and it’s just a weird, negative kind of vibe. So I wouldn’t come for drinks again, nor would I recommend the place for drinks, but early breakfast is really nice.

I’d like to provide feedback regarding our experience with the waiter. I live in Paris and went to this bar after hearing reviews about their amazing spritz. Once we sat down on the terrace, Amy, the manager, noticed me vaping and started harassing me for it. I immediately stopped, thinking it was my right to do so since I was sitting outside, but she wouldn’t stop. She asked me and my friends to leave the place in a very aggressive way; I've never seen something like it. If you're ever in NYC looking to enjoy time with your friends, please avoid this place, even though other staff were super nice. It was a very disappointing experience.

Nice place, horrible manager/host (Amy). I don’t think I have ever come across a more rude person. The waiters/servers seem super nice, and one was even shocked at the way Amy was talking to us. Ruined our whole experience.

amy should get fired. i walked in to join my friends and get yelled at for moving a chair. i spoke very calmly not knowing the rules and she then told me i have to relax (which i was) and not to tell her how to do her job.
