Bar Veloce has a few locations and great affordable happy hours with enjoyable ambiance. This bar is nice, though the review asked me about rhe food and I do not think they serve food? Our bartender was WONDERFUL such a sweet guy.

They had very nice and tasty panini sandwiches and let me stay and work on my laptop with harassment. It was pretty empty when I arrived and people started to come after I arrived. We ordered the arugula tomato and pesto panini and a flight of bruschetta. All was tasty and reasonably priced at $12 and flight was $18 maybe. I know it wasn’t overpriced like a lot of places w that serve the exact same fare. There was music and a very chill laid back relaxed vibe here

A friend was in town from the other side of the pond, so we hung out in the Village for the afternoon. It was a terribly hot day, so we ducked into Bar Veloce for a couple of beers and cold AC. It didn't disappoint. It was mid-afternoon and fairly empty, so we had the bartender's full attention. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name, but he was extremely friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back.

Great place for lots and lots of wine. Very fun spot, we sat out back and made sure we had bug spray so we wouldn’t het bitten, Valentin and Nicholas took great care of us. We were there for hours, and had some paninis as well which were fun and not hugely filling but enjoyable. I love it here, would happily come back again and again
