Very pleasant restaurant. Lovely ambiance ! Food was good . Portions were enough. Slightly expensive. Would return!

This is a somewhat narrow and typical Italian bistro with a lovely garden room out back. In one sense it's unremarkable in that there a lot of similar-looking and seeming places. But the food is really delightful, the service friendly and efficient, the specials interesting and the wine list extensive and compelling. And they seem to really care. If you like this type of place this is a great example.

We've been to Barolo many times because it's just great place to eat, very acccomodating and friendly service. Food is excellent, no matter what your choice is.

Enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. A lot of stairs but the multi-level space and the enclosed garden made this one of the more welcoming restaurants in the area. It was going to be a pasta night for the 4 of us and each had a different entree and all were excellent! Service was also top notch.

We had a severe food allergy that was treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness! Thank you!

Food was amazing but a bit pricey. Was charged for splitting the salad and entre with my daughter. Other than that food and service was amazing.

I was looking online for some Italian food and Barolo East popped up I was also referred by a friend to come check it out. My wife was sick so I decided to order takeout. The food was amazing. After I ordered I had to go check out the dining so I went with my family to dine in for my father in laws birthday. The atmosphere service and hospitality was amazing. Would very much recommend!

Went to this restaurant w a group, was very disappointed by the food , flavorless bread , disappointing appetizer, & overcooked salmon (after EXPRESSLY asking for it to be a little underdone. The only thing worth eating (to me) was the tiramisu. The service was professional & good. It was the worse meal I had while visiting my home city?

Entree 1 hour and 45 minutes after we arrive? What?

Went there for a late lunch. Absolutely superb Italian restaurant - proper food for grown-ups. Reasonable priced for classy dishes, great service and lovely garden to the rear. Can't recommend it highly enough.

At lunch they offer a closed three-course menu that is interesting. The food and the atmosphere are good enough. The service was good, but slow. And that there weren't many people. Overall good experience.
