This is a somewhat narrow and typical Italian bistro with a lovely garden room out back. In one sense it's unremarkable in that there a lot of similar-looking and seeming places. But the food is really delightful, the service friendly and efficient, the specials interesting and the wine list extensive and compelling. And they seem to really care. If you like this type of place this is a great example.
Excellent food. I had the Burrata (which was a special), the salmon, a glass of Montepulciano red wine, and some Tiramisu. The only thing they could have done better was not to auction the food (when the server comes to the table and asks who has which dish).
Enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. A lot of stairs but the multi-level space and the enclosed garden made this one of the more welcoming restaurants in the area. It was going to be a pasta night for the 4 of us and each had a different entree and all were excellent! Service was also top notch.
