Located at tán By Chef Richard Sandoval, the restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance that reminds some of a beach resort, with music that can be loud. The service receives high praise for being polite, attentive, and super accommodating, with staff not rushing guests and even bringing out a dessert for birthdays. However, some found the service slow, with difficulty getting a waiter's attention. The food is delicious, with highlights including the short ribs, bone marrow tacos, tuna tartare, branzino, and crispy potatoes. The guacamole and salsas are flawless, and the ceviche is fresh. The octopus is tender, though the pork belly it comes with was surprisingly hard. The aji amarillo sauce in the ceviche was too fruity and smooth. The short ribs are particularly outstanding, described as top 5 best meat ever. Overall, it is a fantastic dinner with phenomenal flavors and beautiful presentation, recommended for everyone. A table on the top floor is suggested for the best experience.
