I’ve lived here for a while and this is my favorite bar in the city. Classic dive bar with a pool table and good vibes. If you’re lucky enough to have Emily(Red) as your bartender when you visit, you’ll definitely want to come back. Only downside is she can be distracting when you’re trying to focus on your pool game ;)
Awesome dive bar on the west side of lower Manhattan. Great friendly staff cold beer and great vibe. Excellent place to decompress from the mayham that is Manhattan.

This is a great spot to hang out with friends, watch a ball game, shoot a game of pool, or have a beer with the guys! Great blend of loyal local patrons and those visiting the neighborhood. Always a great time with the bartenders - excellent customer service!

Came in with a friend and was immediately approached by a staff member who told me I wasn’t allowed to be there if I was only there to use the bathroom because the gay bar across the street was too crowded (we were there to have drinks, not to use the bathroom and leave). When we told him he was profiling us he shrugged his shoulders. Openly homophobic and disturbing experience. Big yikes!!!!!
