Breakfast by Salt's Cure Reviews
Well we got there before the lines. Oh my the absolutely best griddle cake I have had. The blueberry oatmeal griddle cake was almost like a crepe so light and delicious. Hard to describe. Was worth the walk over

Breakfast by Salt's Cure is a popular restaurant known for its speedy service and accommodating staff. The OG griddle cake and breakfast potatoes have received high praise, as well as the chocolate chip pancakes, which are not too sweet and have a great crispy texture. The Oatmeal Griddle Cakes with Banana Nuts are also a favorite, with a perfect combination of oatmeal and banana. The soft scrambled eggs are a delightful surprise, being fluffy and perfectly cooked. The crispy chicken is crunchy and savory, making it a tasty option. The restaurant can get busy, with wait times ranging from 10 minutes to 20 minutes, but it is faster to get in for smaller groups. Many customers have noted that the coffee from Oslo is a highlight, with refills provided as needed. The restaurant is clean and has restrooms inside, and the staff is known for being kind and serving food quickly.
