I've never had an oatmeal griddle pancakes in my life, and the ones served at Salt's Care have totally blown my mind. A craving that I never knew I had. They were thin, lightly sweetened, and not as heavy as typical breakfast pancakes.The wait is insane on the weekends, probably up to an hour or more. One of the best breakfasts you’ll have in NYC for sure! Loved everything about this place. Short & simple menu, super easy ordering process that saves you time asking for the check, super friendly staff and most importantly, absolutely delicious pancakes and great coffee!

DELICIOUS. Delicious. Amazing. Wonderful. Get there early or there will be a huge line. They only have drip coffee so don’t expect fancy coffee drinks. The pancakes are out of this world. The soft scramble was cold and bad. But the pancakes are immaculate.
