DELICIOUS. Delicious. Amazing. Wonderful. Get there early or there will be a huge line. They only have drip coffee so don’t expect fancy coffee drinks. The pancakes are out of this world. The soft scramble was cold and bad. But the pancakes are immaculate.

Definitely not worth the hype of waiting 45 minutes outside. On a very rainy Saturday morning around 11:45 me and a friend waited for nearly an hour to get in. Staff were very kind and the place is cute but frankly I just would not say the food was worth the wait. Yes the pancakes were nice but the sausage egg sandwich was just fine, same with the potatoes. If you can come on an off hour like right when they open on a random weekday maybe give it a try but I really just wouldn’t tell anyone to spend time waiting ages to get in. PS of the OG and chocolate chip pancakes, OG was much more flavorful so I’d recommend ordering OG

For me, it was like discovering a new school for pancakes. It's worth trying.

Really tasty breakfast! The wait can get quite long on a busy day, so keep that in mind, but it’s well-priced and the servers were so friendly.

The pancakes were kind of dry and there’s no syrup. I wish I could say I liked this place more because I stood in line for an hour.

Best breakfast/brunch place in the city, their oatmeal griddle cakes are amazing and worth the hype and the long line!

I've never had an oatmeal griddle pancakes in my life, and the ones served at Salt's Care have totally blown my mind. A craving that I never knew I had. They were thin, lightly sweetened, and not as heavy as typical breakfast pancakes. The wait is insane on the weekends, probably up to an hour or more. I came on a weekday noon and there was no wait, plenty of seats, and enjoyed a relaxing brunch time.* Classic (OG Oatmeal Griddle Cakes, Chicken Sausage Patties, Scrambled Egg)Who needs syrup if we have cinnamon molasses butter? The edges of my two OG griddles were very burnt though. I tried my best to scratch the soft interior underneath the black edges because I didn't want to waste any bites.* Classic (Banana Nut Oatmeal Griddle Cakes, Pork Sausage Patties, Scrambled Egg)The nuts gave more texture to the flat oatmeal griddles, with a slight hint of banana flavors. The pork sausage, however, was very salty. Chicken patties were relatively better but sorry I prefer the one from Trader Joe's.I devoured the pancakes wishing for more. Next time, I'll skip all the sausage and eggs, and just get FOUR OG griddles all for MYSELF.

Service was terrible. Front desk attendant was rude when we asked if they had iced coffee “because it was on the paper in front of us” when we explained it wasn’t she was like “ohh weird” and never apologized.Pancakes are super soggy and gummy / raw in the middle. “Blueberries” were like miniature freeze dried ones from a box mix - not fresh. You could see and taste the soap bubbles on top of the coffee.

One of the best breakfasts you’ll have in NYC for sure! Loved everything about this place. Short & simple menu, super easy ordering process that saves you time asking for the check, super friendly staff and most importantly, absolutely delicious pancakes and great coffee!

If arriving on a weekend, 9:15am is the target arrival time to only have a short wait in line.

I had a tasty breakfast here this morning. I arrived just a few minutes past 8:00 AM on a Sunday, and the place was already close to full. It turns out you have to order at the counter before sitting down.I had the apple pancakes, pork sausage and soft scrambled eggs combo with a coffee. It was all top quality, essentially elevated diner grub. The pancakes were pretty unique and very sweet — no syrup was needed or provided. The sausage was flavorful and the eggs had great texture, no need to douse either with hot sauce.I don't think it's worth the hassle or hype though, but then again I'm a simple man who enjoys a standard diner breakfast where sometimes quantity outweighs quality, while the opposite was true here. I also don't like that there was no table service.

Ok WOW.Really thought we’d beat the rush but there was already an hour long line at 830AM. Once we made it inside, vibes were great. Super cute space and felt relaxing. We ordered two OG patterns - one original, one banana nut. DELICIOUS! Orange juice was super fresh too. Such a lovely breakfast, probably would wait in line again but maybe not in 20 degree weather! Can’t wait to come again when it’s warmer

Don't let the detractors fool you. This place is legit. Everything was spot on. The sausages, crisped to perfection. The eggs, scrambled in a delicious refined way. The coffee was solid too and the potatoes freshly fried and hot! Then the pancakes, perfect. You don't even need syrup, they are so moist and delicious. I was pleasantly shocked how wonderful the whole thing was and would highly recommend!
