Love the intimate vibe, discerning wine list and decor. Food was interesting. We live in the neighborhood and I had the reservation for a couple of weeks. We were kept waiting 20 minutes past our reservation... standing in the very small bar. When finally seated not a soul made mention of the inconvenience. That alone shows total lack of interest in your clientele. We won't go back.
I had a 9PM reservation but we were not seated until 9:25PM with no apology or anything offered. Tell me what time to come so I don't have to wait. I probably will not be back because of this issue. The suckling pig on the menu is ridiculous because the fine print informs you that it needs to be ordered a month in advance. The rabbit dish needs work - too dry and not interesting. Ella of course in always wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Every staff member was lovely and helpful. The food was incredible and I can't wait to come back and try everything we didn't get to this time. The ambience was just incredible--it feels like stepping into another time and place.
