I've been here a few times and the manager has always been friendly and helpful however beware because I was charged more than once at this location and that happened a few minutes after I left from purchasing coffee at that location.So make sure you save your receipts!!

another dunkin donuts /baskin robb. in the murray hill section of manhattan that serves the typical stuff including the donuts , coffee, breakfast snacks and the ice cream which i prefer over the other brands. stopped by after seeing my buddy who works nearby and i had to grab a pint of prepacked ice cream for the go home . fairly crowded on a thursday morning but line is moving fast enough so i dont mind the wait. nothing really stands out here but for a typical dd/baskin robb. it serves its purpose . some seating inside if you prefer with decent speed wifi. 3 stars for being what i expect nothing more and nothing less.

Honestly will never spend my money here again. Literally the closest place to get icecream near my apartment && numerous times they have a terrible attitude when asking for icecream. We've been told they "can't make sundaes" and only offer single or double scoops when there is clearly 3 sized cups. Just annoying and a poor way to run a business, we now go over to 3rd avenue && enjoy Tasti Delight. Learn customer service because people won't come back without it.

Ordered a medium iced latte with blueberry and 2%. I mentioned the syrup and 2% milk at the end but they had already made the latte with regular cream. After the cashier told her 2%/flavor, i saw the girl take the already made iced latte and put it back out and said it was fixed, reassuring me it had bluebery and milk. However, it definitely looked like she was too lazy to change it and just pumped the flavor instead of properly remaking it, since the drink is way too creamy and light.

I come here for late night coffee because Starbucks is closed. Don't expect to get anything fancy during late nights. They often don't know the items on their own menu, or how to make the specialty drinks.
I've got a pretty big problem with this particular Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. First and foremost, there is competition everywhere, you're in NYC for goodness sakes, much better coffee, much better ice cream, much better baked goods and much better environments to walk into for a cup of coffee. With that being said, you could at least exhibit some sort of decent customer service since your products won't do much for you. Their coffee costs on average 25 cents less than the coffee a block over, the qualities of the two cups are incomparable, so it's not like the prices are even good here. They charge you an entire 25 cents for almond milk in your coffee. I always ask for a splash, I'm talking like 2 teaspoons worth so the fact that I'm charged 25 cents each time annoyed me so much as to go buy mini almond milks and add my own, I'm not even kidding, call me insane but it's almost offensive that they're charging for that. Additionally, it is a LAW that any restaurant, food service, business that serves food have a restroom available to customers. Dunkin has a bathroom but they choose to put a sign up on their door that says out of service. Fine, so, I believed it was actually out of order the first 10 times I came in and saw the sign but being that we are 3 months down the road now and the sign is still up on the door, there is no way the bathroom is still out of order, they just don't want to allow the public (and by public, I'm talking about paying customers to use their bathroom.) That's just mean. I'll keep going though. The other morning I came in to grab a coffee and I watched an employee go from changing the trash with his bare hands to walking behind the counter to grab me a coffee. Oh, hell no. The employee had his hands down the dirty trash and then was going to make me a coffee without washing his hands!!! Mortified I literally told him no, you are most definitely not making my coffee and waited for another employee to make it for me. The other morning I was there I watched an elderly man order a cup of coffee. When it was ready, one of the female employees yelled, "Your coffee is ready. Medium coffee ready. YOUR COFFEE!!!!" She literally was so rude and impatient and this elderly man, clearly adorable and hard of hearing couldn't hear her and the eye rolls and attitude this woman gave to him was just the worst. So impatient, so mean, just really terrible customer service. You can only sit in the table area for 20 minutes maximum, yes there is an actual size that says that. There is one reason and only one reason to come here and that reason is they are open 24 hours a day so if you need a cup of coffee at an off hour, it's one of the only options in the area. Also you can get 12 donuts for 12 bucks, that's pretty good. Those are the only nice things to say. Carry on.

I really don't like to write bad reviews but when a well established franchise can't get basic things right it's pretty sad. How does Dunkin Donuts run out of everything but regular coffee at 4pm? If you want a late or cappuccino your out of luck. Also where does it say that I cannot take a picture of the donuts? I found the blue color of one of the donuts to be really beautiful and wanted to take a quick photos to show my girlfriend and one of the employees rudely told me I cannot take pictures in here even though I had just ordered food . Get your priorities straight, when you decide to actually stock coffee then you can tell me not to take pictures.

Quick, fast, and easy. It smelled a little weird when I walked in, so I decided not to stick around. The service was quick. I got a glazed donut-a Classic, well, their classic. I've been getting it since I was a kid, and it tastes the same. Wonderfully fluffy and glazed not too much, but just enough. It wasn't overly sweet either. It could have been a bit fresher-which is surprising because I went at around 11 AM. I guess that I'm used to luxury. Anyways, thanks Dunkin' for the pick me up.

If i could this place wouldnt even get one star. Everytime i come here my order is never correct or its rushed so it comes out sloppy, the entire crew that works there has the MOST DISGUSTING ATTITUDE/ SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! Nobody ever smiles one time i went and the manager started off taking my order by saying "what do you want?" This place is horrible!! This morning i asked for a iced hazelnut latte light and sweet w. Half and half and i got a iced coffee w. Whole milk and pumpkin spice!!! When i told them the order was wrong one of the crew members had the audacity to say thats exactly what i ordered as of she was right ! She wasnt even the one who took my order! So how is she gonna tell me "exactly" what i said to the manager at the register who took my order, but failed to supply the receipt so i could show my order to the crew memeber who got it wrong!. I would have written a review a long time ago but i dont like shaming other people especially because i work in a place where a bad review can cost me my job!!! But this location is just so negative and bad energy!!. From now on i will not waste my time to walk around the corner to go to this location i will definitely be walking two blocks up to go to the DD on 34th by lexington where they always get my order right the manager knows me by a first name basis, smiles when i walk in and starts making my order everytime i come in & because i always order the same thing, he never forgets my order, EVER!!!!!
