Came down here on the evening of July 6 as I was craving a hot fudge sundae. The one staff member for Baskin-Robbins said he didn't know how to make a sundae!? So, I started listing the ingredients. In response, he said they didn't have any hot fudge or cherries! I don't know if that's true or if he just didn't want to make my order. At any rate, I left.

Every time I order a milkshake, the staff sigh and complain that their arms hurt while scooping the ice cream. Why even operate with Baskin Robbins if you don’t want to sell it? Just stick to Dunkin' if you don’t want to bother.
Is it for real that I ordered first but got my order last? Who’s going to pay for my wasted time?

Would like to speak to I don't know what type of correlation as to why? .THEY happen to use this technique but it seems totally. Disrespectful how can you choose who you want as a customer is this . Two people stepped forward in front of me. I had no problem one is a regular he goes there almost every day but the other .two I believe were from the UK and they were trying to decide what was available then. Here comes a third person and she emphatically tells me that she has to take care of a third person that was actually coming in that I do not know ahead of me. I should let HER take care of him when She sees me waiting totally disrespectful . She should be fired. Update today is the 8th of May 2024 and the miscommunication continues with this cashier. To the point of this dissatisfaction she keeps insisting that somehow she's giving me favors by not charging me for the ice. I never even engage in conversation saying I should get anything for free I don't go to Dunkin donuts to get free items I never do as a matter of fact sometimes I even leave a dollar tip. So she's problematic and I will be looking to find out a complaint of harassment NYPD for her. As I left I told her I would never return your establishment again but she said thank God I said you thank your god my God spilled blood for me. I encourage you to fire this individual as quickly as you can because you will receive the police report of harassment.

Didn't have it any ice cream. The guy that was working was very rude. We ordered 2 things and only got 1. Then told us to hurry up bc they were closing an hour early or we wouldn't get anything. Then our ice cream was melted and the cone was very stell
