It seems like it and I can be mistaken that the lady with the a hijab. Filters through,customers that the other lady that does not use a hijab. Would like to speak to I don't know what type of correlation as to why? .THEY happen to use this technique but it seems totally. Disrespectful how can you choose who you want as a customer is this . Two people stepped forward in front of me. I had no problem one is a regular he goes there almost every day but the other .two I believe were from the UK and they were trying to decide what was available then. Here comes a third person and she emphatically tells me that she has to take care of a third person that was actually coming in that I do not know ahead of me. I should let HER take care of him when She sees me waiting totally disrespectful . She should be fired. Update today is the 8th of May 2024 and the miscommunication continues with this cashier. To the point of this dissatisfaction she keeps insisting that somehow she's giving me favors by not charging me for the ice. I never even engage in conversation saying I should get anything for free I don't go to Dunkin donuts to get free items I never do as a matter of fact sometimes I even leave a dollar tip. So she's problematic and I will be looking to find out a complaint of harassment NYPD for her. As I left I told her I would never return your establishment again but she said thank God I said you thank your god my God spilled blood for me. I encourage you to fire this individual as quickly as you can because you will receive the police report of harassment.

Night shift on Saturday Very disrespectful people behind the counter very discusting treats you like you will pay for your ice cream. Does not deserve the business.
Didn't have it any ice cream. The guy that was working was very rude. We ordered 2 things and only got 1. Then told us to hurry up bc they were closing an hour early or we wouldn't get anything. Then our ice cream was melted and the cone was very stell

Nice, clean, place with respectful staff. I ordered a few things and told them how I wanted them done, and they didn't give me an attitude nor talk back about my requests. Milkshake was perfectly done the way I Love and enjoy it. We enjoyed everything we ordered and will go back as a regular customer. Thank You for your clean place and respectful staff. Pics next time.

Worker skipped a black lady to serve us, two white people, when she was clearly in line in front of us and ignored my protests. Store was hot - for ice cream? Server was rude.
