Blank Street serves high-quality matcha and coffee, with standout drinks like the strawberry matcha, Shortcake Matcha, lemon loaf matcha, and matcha latte. The strawberry matcha is described as not too sweet with a nutty taste, while the Shortcake Matcha is made just right. The matcha latte is well balanced and delicious. The staff is excellent, especially Genesis, Harlan, Kiko, and Jeremy. Genesis is noted as super sweet and genuinely kind, always asking about customers' days. The service is polite, accommodating, efficient, and friendly. The space is small but nicely designed, with a good amount of drink options. It can be busy at times, but the experience is worth it.
