You should have the staff who speaks well English and knows how to communicate and well experienced they took 20 mins to take and order and it was an unnecessary line over there you need to improve with the staff

Nice location to stop by to grab a drink or ice cream. The staff is cool. Unfortunately, they won't let you use the bathroom unless you buy something.

It's open 24/7 which is awesome, even though the crowd changes with the time. It's not nice inside, but the staff is good and Baskin Robbins ice cream is the best! There is enough seating for 8-10 people, all of the tables are tables for two.
Got some new staff and really turned things around. Drink was so good I downloaded this app just to write a review!

On my way to work I decided that maybe Baskin Robbins ice cream might motivate my coworkers to maybe do some real work, I was wrong but everyone did enjoy some ice cream . It's really a dunkin donuts with a section of Baskin Robbins ice cream . The location is 37th st and 3rd ave and it's easy to find with giant signs outside showing both dunkins and Baskin products . The place is narrow but long with table seating in the extreme left with big signage stating no loitering and 20 minutes maximum sitting time. It's well stocked with the usual DD offerings and the front has the ice cream section which offers all the flavors including shakes ,FLOATS , BANANA SPLITS and more. For me it's the PREPACKED ICE cream which is in the self service fridge and is made up of about 10 flavors including my fave which is pralines n cream and butter pecan and the 2 big containers for 9.99 is a good deal . Also picked up 6 pack of assorted flavor flying saucers and it's now finally a wrap . The folks behind the counter are friendly and quick with hello, goodbye and it's time to get to work. For hard ice cream Baskin Robbins is my fave.

The woman here was so sweet. I was really impressed with her customer service. As I'm not from the area I probably wouldn't of Stopped in had I not see that they were having a deal on ice cream on Waze. But I'm so happy I stopped in. My ice cream was delicious of course. So is my mothers she was very happy too. It's a nice location it was clean. Because of the traffic and how everything was going on New Year's eve we were able to get a spot right there on the street. So that was super convenient. If I was in the area I wouldn't be opposed to going here again.
