Every-time I come here there's a problem with my order. It's not as if I'm ordering a sandwich or donuts.... I ONLY order coffee. Dark roast iced coffee, dark with 3 sugars. What do I receive? A black iced coffee. This happened two days in a row with two different people. Soooooo do we not know the difference between a dark coffee and black coffee? At minimum when working in such an establishment the difference between light, dark & black should be known. Oh & the area where all of the condiments are is always a mess. This Dunkin' is a lost cause.

This place has been poorly managed for so many years. Staff that's been here long term is devastatingly burnt out. 7/10 times your order will be prepared correctly and 6/10 times you'll be overcharged. Customer Service is a foreign concept to these employees. I would reccomend biting the bullet and walking to Starbucks or trying one of the smaller newer cafes or bodegas if you care about where you're spending your money atleast.

Count your change! I didn't realize it until I left the store. The woman behind the counter charged me $5 on a 4.34 sandwich. In my hurry I didn't realize it until it was too late.
