Every-time I come here there's a problem with my order. It's not as if I'm ordering a sandwich or donuts.... I ONLY order coffee. Dark roast iced coffee, dark with 3 sugars. What do I receive? A black iced coffee. This happened two days in a row with two different people. Soooooo do we not know the difference between a dark coffee and black coffee? This place has been poorly managed for so many years. Staff that's been here long term is devastatingly burnt out. 7/10 times your order will be prepared correctly and 6/10 times you'll be overcharged. Customer Service is a foreign concept to these employees. I would reccomend biting the bullet and walking to Starbucks or trying one of the smaller newer cafes or bodegas if you care about where you're spending your money atleast.

After waiting 10 minutes in the ice cream section to be assisted, people began to come in and cashier attended them. She completely ignored that me and another individual was there. When asked about it she says there’s no one in the ice cream section and we have to make the line after seeing we were the first ones there.
