if you show up late, whoever is there will barely know how to piece together a sandwich and you'll basically have to choose between one type of meat and one type of cheese because their deli selection is so limited. when they do manage to construct a whole sandwich, it will be tasty though. Overall, low quality bodega/deli.

Employees swapped my card and charged me over $119 for an $11.50 charge. Went to store, refused to help me, manager is never around, worst experience ever. Was given receipts for $11.50 different from $119 card charges. Lot of thief. Be careful where you swap your card.

This is a great deli, underrated for its area. The deli is clean, got everything you need, and friendly guys behind the counter. I got their pastrami on a roll, it hit the spot and was made just right, the guy making it had a smile on his face the whole time. I didn’t experience any stomach aches, just wanted to come again for another meal. It’s a family run Deli, the father and son are both great individuals, very kind and take great care of the place. The prices are fair and they have bargains all over. Highly recommend to make this your go-to Deli if you’re in the Kips Bay Area, this place does not get enough attention or appreciation it deserves.

The staff is rude/poor customer service, have you wait for 15 min without providing updates and then gives attitude when customers ask. I think they process online orders and don't accommodate for walks in. They do not care about wasting your time and lack basic communication skills.
