It was a really awesome experience, it beats my expectations, the boat was fine, nice and clean, the food was awesome and a lot. I would book it again and again and I highly recommend it

Highly recommend the eternity as a dinner cruise boat.

We just hosted a 56 person private party on the 3rd floor of the eternity.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Working with Giovanni and Eric was very easy.

Can’t forget Dario behind the bar! Did a great job as always.

Our guests had a great time. Truly a special experience.

We took the foliage 4-hour cruise on a Saturday. Booking was easy, and they said boarding was at 10:30 and to arrive at dock #2 at 10:15. The boat did not arrive until 10:45 am at a different dock. No email notification, no apologies for lateness. There was one person scanning tickets and it took way too long to board. It was past 11 by the time the boat took off. They offer free coffee, tea and soda, but the coffee/tea station was very ill equipped. There was no sugar, a very small amount of mugs, and they didn't bother brewing any coffee for us and just had little individual coffee ground bags. The drinks were a bit overpriced, $15 for a thin flute of mimosa. Lining up for food took a very long time because they had just two servers filling your plate with what you want. The food however was not bad, and they had a good variety of options, with limited vegetarian and just steamed veggies as vegan options. The views were nice though, and there was live jazz music on the upper deck.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much when I booked it — $150 for 4 people including lunch, while others charge that per person — so I thought it’d just be some hot dogs, lol. But the 3h45min cruise from Pier 36 up the Hudson River totally exceeded my expectations!
There was live jazz, friendly staff, and a surprisingly good buffet with ribs, wings, pasta, tacos, salads, and more, plus free soda, coffee, and tea. Overall, a fantastic experience and unbeatable value — highly recommend!

Do not go on this Fall Foliage Boat. The boat was an hour late and instead of us getting the full 4 hours they went slowly up the Hudson then speed back down to dock so we would be back by 2:30. There were no apologizes or updates for the tardiness. The boat did not go past the Manhattan harbor. The Oktoberfest decor we got was flags. There was not one single German beer. The food spread was a random selection of food with the only Oktoberfest items being a hard pretzel and possibly a bratwurst on a sandwich bun(I say possibly because it seemed like a hotdog). The alcohol is not included either, so also take that into account for the price. So would definitely not recommend this at all. I requested a refund and was told I would hear back but it’s been 2 business days, and I still haven’t got an update.

Update: they did respond and provided us a refund.

Left a large group of us in the rain on the pier. Did not bother to tell any of us they had canceled. Very disappointed in the communication. The cruise may be great but we never got to go on it.

The four-hour Fall foliage tour lasted about three hours. We were supposed to view foliage along the Hudson River, but we never made it north of 145th Street.

The food was pretty marginal. Good sausages, cold French fries. All-in-all, very disappointing.

Beyond disappointing, do not waste your money on this company. The boat was over an hour late showing up at the designated location with zero communication or updates. Myself and others had to personally call the company and were left with vague answers as to when the boat would be showing up. At the last minute the slip number changed and we all had to go the complete opposite side of the marina. Boarding took a significant amount of time so by the time we left it was over an hour after we were originally meant to leave.

Even after showing up late the cruise that was supposed to be 4 hours barely lasted 2 hours and did not cover the scenery it was supposed to. The food was meh, the deck was not set up, we had to arrange chairs and there were no Fall beers for a Fall Foliage Cruise.

When I reached out to management they offered me a reschedule or refund. I asked for a refund and then they disappeared. Nice way to treat customers.

The cruise is supposed to be from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, by 1:26 pm we were already back at the pier. The tour guide had to be moving from section to section of the boat so you are totally unaware of what's happening or what he's saying. The PA system sucks. The ad should say snack instead of food.

Scam. No Oktoberfest at all. The “lunch” which was spicy cheap hot dogs (not even German sausages), potato chips, white rice, some fruits and cheese were on the table , NO plates, no utensils, so people started to get the food with their hands !!! Then finally someone from the crew had the IDEA to bring all needed. Also I don’t know what they mean with “the elegante Grand Mariner”…. Chairs and tables all different shapes!!!
We came back in less than 4 hours. The farthest we went was Bronx - Yonkers, then back to the pier with the only good stop was the statue of liberty.. Don’t waste your money !!!
