City Cruises New York - Pier 61 North

We’ve done the champagne sunset cruise to the statue previously and loved it, this winter we decided to take my mom to the holiday carol and hot cocoa cruise and it was so much fun!

My experience with City Cruises New York was shockingly unpleasant and left me deeply disappointed. The staff not only failed to deliver the promised service but also ruined what should have been a memorable and joyous celebration. I expected far better from a company that claims to pride itself on creating exceptional experiences.

Discrimination has no place in customer service—or anywhere else—and I urge City Cruises to address the incident that occurred on November 26th. Immediate steps should be taken to prevent such unprofessional and unfair treatment in the future, including providing proper training for their staff and, of course, offering refund options for situations like this.

The evening cruise on the Spirit, including the buffet, was incredible in terms of the views of the skyline and the excellent service on board. The food was also very good. Thanks to the team who were very attentive to us as guests.

Great ride on the Hudson

Boat ride was great, but food was meh, drinks served in dirty glass.

Just had a wonderful cuisine dinner cruise experience.. had a great chat with crew Christian.. the dinner was delicious. Free water but other drink is extra payment.. I chose soft drink refillable.. won't regret it a great iterneary to wrap up trip in New York.. enjoy

Our server Julia was the best! Everything was far better than expected! Just not happy that we tried to book the Fourth of July which was previously unavailable and now on July 3, completely available.

Excellent access for communications, great work staff, attentive, friendly and very respectful! Venture to live an unforgettable experience too!

Very nice and relaxing place.

We visited New York over the Christmas period. And I can 100% recommend City cruises. Their bateaux New York boat was a once in a life time experience. From their food, to their staff, the live band and the amazing city views.If you’re looking to book DO NOT book through anyone else as we had a problem booking through virgin experiences. The management / reception team was so helpful in chasing up the booking with them and ensuring we got onto the boat. I actually planned to propose on this trip, especially on this boat. When I say it couldn’t have gone any better, it couldn’t have gone any better. The manager cordell, the receptionist tanisha, the captain Swan and our waiter Brian, thank you so much for making this happen and being apart / making my proposal the most amazing experience. I will forever cherish my trip but especially this cruise boat.100% recommend.

We had a dinner reservation at Bateaux last night. Overall was a great experience, the ambiance as great, the staff was amazing and very attentive from the guys outside to the gentleman at the front desk, the waiter and the photographer. I definitely will give them 10/10. Food wasn’t that good, we choosed ravioli for appetizer wich was ok, but then the main course wasn’t that tasty ( we had osso buca and sea bass), but l didn’t have any expectation for the food.What made me give them 3 starts were the extra payment they charge to sit close to the window and in fact the glass where we sat it was very blurry and you could easy tell that wasn’t from the cold bcs not everywhere was the same. Mostly of the tables had very clear window. That made me so upset. l would attach pictures so you can see how blurry was the view. Definitely do not pay extra for the seat next to the window.

Horrible, and at Christmas!Bad weather meant we had a delay in going to NYC. I contacted this company as soon as I could.. no refund offered at all. Some may think 1 star harsh but complete lack of support brought my mother almost to tears.We asked to move the date, no.We asked to pay more to for Christmas day, no.Will never go, using this company again.
