I work in the area and I am always on the hunt for great eats. When I stumbled upon bawarchi’s it was a goldmine (for food of course). This buffet style Restaurant offers a mix of indian and Caribbean cuisine! From jerk chicken to butter chicken bawarchi’s is the best place to get a home style meal for a decent price.
The owner is a generous and friendly man, he is thoughtful & makes sure all his customers feel valued.

The best Indian food I've ever had in Manhattan (and I’ve tried a lot)!! The owner is so incredibly kind and very helpful when trying to navigate the menu with sever allergies. The paneer tikka masala is my favorite dish! I come often for lunch as well as ordering takeout for dinner. The restaurant itself is very unassuming, but it is definitely a must try.
