Visited once, awesome customer service! Would highly recommended. Received excellent customer service from a manager named Tawanda when I had an issue with my order. Would visit again!

Fairly drab walls, and dark lighting. Toilets closed.Still, food seemed standard to me. When I went at 3pm on Sunday, service was fairly fast. No line. The fries I ordered were fresh, and hot.Atmosphere is quite interesting. Music was pleasant to me. Not too loud, not too quiet. Fairly wide range of people sitting down. I always come here and never have a problem with my food. I did a mobile order for the first time and it was ready and put aside (which I was very happy about because the app delivery people are always touching every bag) the young man who gave me my food was very patient even while being hassled by a delivery driver. Also the atmosphere is what you get for the area (not everything is gentrified in East Harlem)
