Wow! I'm surprised at how friendly the service is, and how delicious the food is! Super tasty rice and BBQ chicken. As mentioned, the service is super friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended. If you want BBQ, then this is the place!❤️

Good luck with eating this
The plastic paper in which the chicken is always break and you end up eating plastic.
The fork they provide to eat it can’t even work and kept breaking so good luck.

I usually come here for chicken, and after a late medical appointment my partner and I decided to stop by around 7pm last night for food. We noticed they had some new pizzas so we grabbed chicken and bulgogi pizza along with a small container of kimchi and radish.
Upon getting everything home we noticed the pizza was horribly dry, like I understand the food is under a heater but it felt like it's been there for hours. The chicken was the usual expectation but upon opening the kimchi (which was cut unusually small-basically chopped) and tasting it; it was rancid. Not like kimchi that is a bit past its prime; no. Rancid and old. This threw me off because the quality of this location has seemed to go down hill.
Visit their Kips bay location instead, they fresh fry the chicken and everything seems a lot better. I think I'm over the grab and go concept, let alone when it's not even as fresh as it could be.

They've built something that meets expectations consistently. The portion was big enough to satisfy. Great atmosphere very clean and simple design. The team shows excellent assistance. This restaurant earned highest honors.

Good chicken because the franchise is good. run by a cop that wouldn't let our vegetarian friends sit with us with outside food despite their being ample seating and us having spent almost $200 on chicken for the rest of the party. Y'all must have incredibly pay and benefits to have such bootlickers on staff

Whether you like chicken or not, this is arguably the best spot in Koreatown. Why you ask? The service is unmatched and honestly god-tier.
Food and drinks always come out fast. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I’m sure they deal with lots of tourists and rude customers, the staffs’ vigor and hospitality are distinctive as well as noteworthy especially when comparing the service throughout all of Ktown.
Shoutout to Bianca for making a memorable night, as shes the gold standard everyone should strive for! She was not only attentive to me, but also to other guests and made the overall experience worth coming back for.

We didn’t like it at all. Loud music so you can’t hear yourself think, and the chicken was dry, we didn’t even finish it.
