The staff is amazing, including Calvin and Nani at Check In, who are super nice and helpful. Guests can enjoy private rooms with excellent voice, music, echo control, and lighting. The videos are controlled by a tablet through Google Cast, allowing guests to search for lyric videos. The establishment is clean and a wonderful space to have fun with friends or decompress after a long day. While some reviews mention being ripped off, others paid exactly what was quoted: the room fee plus one drink per person. Overall, guests have a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.
