Quick and simple, with plenty to choose from; i had the Ruben sandwich which had the right amount of tang, meat and heat. Reasonable prices, and has a few tables if you want to eat in. Perfect for a bite on the go.
Nice lunch option in the area, I just found out this place existed. I ordered the shrimp fajita wrap and it was good and affordable. The flavors are nice, the tomato tortilla works really well, and they have a bunch of hot sauces you can add (I'm a fan of the green habanero sauce). They also have a smoked salmon wrap with a little bit of cream cheese spread onto the wrap before it's rolled, cucumber and watercress. It's not too bad but the salmon isn't the greatest quality. I go to Beach Street Eatery a few times a month for lunch. My favorite thing on their menu is the quesadillas with turkey or ham. It comes with sour cream and salsa and is a very large portion for only 8 dollars. The staff is friendly and I've never had a bad experience.
