I was in Saturday March 30 2025, a male employee came in from outside, proceeded to touch several things, and then put his unwashed hands into the ice machine taking ice for his personal drink. He then goes back and starts touching food and when he finally put gloves on started running his gloved hands through his hair and touching the food again. I got a refund and left after already waiting there 30 min before my order could be made.

My favorite dessert spot in East Village! I got the 5 cream puffs + 1 free original puff deal. You can mix and match the toppings and fillings, which is great. My favorites were Crème Brûlée + Vanilla, Ube + Vanilla, and Strawberry + Strawberry. I’ll probably skip Matcha + Matcha next time and try Matcha + Vanilla or Churro + Vanilla instead!

I placed 2 orders online on their website. Each order $50 dollars. The order never arrived. After an hour I called and they said to call the company that manages the orders. Well! Is the same website so who am I calling when I have placed the order directly? I asked to speak with management and they sent me a message saying they encourage me to speak with the company that delivers. I explained again it was directly through their website. No solution from anyone unfortunately.

Surprisingly yummy. These are huge. I don’t think you need to eat more than one at a time. Strawberry cream puff with strawberry filling was soooo good. I kind of thought the cream was gonna be heavy like mousse filling but it was nice and airy.
