I got a mixed cone of “Bel Fries” recently at NYCC 2023, where they had a food truck set up in the front with a Genshin collab featuring the same meals they have in store. That was originally the selling point for me, but I didn’t realize how much I’d love these fries. They were so crisp on the outside yet so fluffy in the middle! I didn’t think something a french fry could get any better but these were very well done. I recommend them to any picky eaters in the area.
