“Bella Notte Pizzeria” is a charming Italian pizzeria that offers a rustic atmosphere and traditional wood-fired pizza. As soon as you enter, you can feel the relaxed, family atmosphere - with red tablecloths, wooden furniture and the tempting smell of freshly baked pizza enveloping your senses.
The menu offers a selection of classic Italian dishes, from antipasti to salads and homemade pasta, but the highlight is definitely the pizzas. We ordered the “Pizza Margherita” and the “Pizza Diavola.” The Margherita was a wonderful example of Italian simplicity: crispy, thin crust, fruity tomato sauce and perfectly melted mozzarella. With the Diavola, the spicy salami and slight chili kick gave the pizza a nice spiciness without overpowering the other flavors. The base was crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside – exactly how a good wood-fired pizza should be.
As a starter we tried the bruschetta and a small mixed salad. The bruschetta was fresh and tasty, with ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil and a touch of garlic oil. The salad was simple but fresh and made a nice complement to the hearty main courses.
The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The staff seemed well-coordinated and served the food at a pleasant pace, so that you could enjoy the evening in peace.
The only small point of criticism: The background noise was a bit loud that evening as the restaurant was full, which made conversation slightly difficult. But that didn't detract from the overall positive impression.
Overall, “Bella Notte Pizzeria” is a wonderful place for those who want to enjoy real Italian pizza in an authentic atmosphere. The quality of the food and the price-performance ratio are absolutely right here, and I will definitely come back!

The food here is never consistent. I always have my go to for the chicken francese I think you have it confused with caio de pepe no lemon all pepper no flavor some spice just read the recipe card smh I always ask for no broccoli also because of an intolerance but no there is always broccoli shows there is no one is even the reading the order correctly.

Delicious, hit the spot, and reasonably priced. Ordered from Washington Heights, Audubon Ave location- had chicken cutlet sandwich , ingredients were fresh, cooked perfectly, gives you options for condiments including oil and vinegar, crispy mozzarella sticks , great marinara , Caesar salad fresh and crispy. Will be ordering again

This restaurant has to be paying for reviews. I've placed multiple high dollar orders from here as the reviews are generally positive and thought I was missing something, but, it's all bad. There's some underlying flavor in every dish, unsure if its burnt, or some spice, but something is cohesively bad, across every dish, and every order, to a point where it's almost impressive. Save your money. There are good local spots. This is NOT one.

We ordered a Margherita pizza via uber eats. The order took 1h30 min to arrive, and when it did it was cold and very bad. The tomato sauce was tasteless and the cheese was plastic. I do not recommend anyone this pizzeria, the italian name is misleading and the pizza is no better than any NYC corner pizza place.

One of the best pastas ever
Their food is pretty good for the neighborhood, but their service is absolutely awful. They’ve made numerous mistakes on previous orders - there is always a missing or incorrect item in the order. Staff doesn’t care and when you call to inquire about it, they leave you on hold while you listen to the BOH staff laugh in the kitchen. Makes it hard to continue to patron there….
