Un manjar para tu paladar!!!Come to El Jaya Restaurant and indulge your senses in this delicious food. This is the real Dominican flavor from the Jaya region of D.R. A region know for it’s culinary and musical contributions to the world. Do not miss the early mangu 3 golpes because after 8:30 am is all gone. Or my favorite -bacalo con yuca- enjoy.
Tres golpes for breakfast is a Sunday tradition at my house-- Salami fried and slightly burnt, eggs fried to a crisp, cheese fried to the perfect texture... all over mangu that is slightly lumpy but mostly smooth and well-seasoned It's delicious
