Excellent flavor, but very bad customer service, the work environment is also very tense, they disrespect the customer from the call and when the customers are in the bakery it is even worse.
They cakes are amazing and I was very saddened that I ordered a cake 5 days before the event stressing that it be ready by 1. I had to leave and have a friend do me the favor of picking up the cake. My cake was not ready until 3 and I was charged 10 dollars more than my remaining balance. And when I complained to them all I got was a sorry. Horrible

Very good cakes, I love them but sometimes when I place my orders for a specific time I always have to wait longer than usual, they should be a little more organized with respect to that. They also sometimes make very very sweet cakes, one day normal and another day sweeter….
