Our meal was delicious! Although they are famous for steaks, I always enjoy the way they grill Salmon. And the side dishes are very tasty. Ben & Jacks is a comforting experience with a gracious and friendly staff.

Came here for Valentines Day and we had a great experience! For starters, we were sat as soon as we walked in and the service was fast. We were in and out within 1 hour and we ordered a 3 course meal. Food came out so fast and everything was cooked to perfection! The restaurant is so cozy & nice on the inside. I would definitely recommend and would come back again :)

Food was generally good, but service was fair, at best. Waiter got a drink order wrong, didn't check to see if we wanted another drink, and got the dessert order wrong. Waiter was apologetic and nice enough, but the restaurant needs to do a better job on service.

We went for NYC Restaurant Week Lunch. I started with French onion soup, then fillet steak, chocolate mousse cake and coffee. Everything was delicious and the serving staff were very friendly. I'm not a big meat eater but their steak was really tasty and will be back with my meat loving friends.

Went during Restaurant week. Had great deals like everyone else does but the filet and veggies special was perfect size. Salad was great and desserts we all had phenomenal. Service was really good even though really crowded. Would go back for sure. ONLY negative was their oysters were not worth it. 2 of the 6 i had were bad and had to spit out. Don't order the oysters- Blue Points. Other than that very good.

Really enjoyed the food here, to an extent. The clams and calamari came out lukewarm. The entrees were good, went for restaurant week. One thing I didnt enjoy was paying the bill at the end and the server ushering us to sign the check, when we were not even done with our bottle of wine, and hovering over when promoting to leave a tip since it was not included. Nonetheless enjoyed the offers and their red wines are pretty good too!

Date night in the City 🌆 We experienced a great time at Ben & Jacks Steakhouse. Atmosphere was inviting. Food was delicious. Service was wonderful. We went during Restaurant Week and their pre-fixe menu gave us a variety to choose from. We had the sirloin steak and the lamb chops which were cooked to perfect and tender. This came with both appetizers and dessert. We loved our visit and would recommend it to all!
Best as steakhouse I've ever been to worldwide. This is my gold standard. Better than lugers. Whenever I'm in town this is on my list. Only get the porterhouse steak. This is what they do. My order is to start with bacon, porterhouse steak for 2/3 of my party size rounded up, shrimp cocktail, their fries are amazing, something green like asparagus. I'm not a cream spinach fan , but theirs is top notch. Make sure to get their fresh potato chips and a perfect cocktail before you start.

We had a chance to visit this establishment during our new years visit. I was not impressed at all. We had multiple servers 1st of all the menu is nothing special either I ordered the filet which was chewy although I had it well done which I do everywhere it was tougher than it should have been, for sides we did mash potatoes due to their super limited side options for the price it was not worth it there are much better options! I would highly recommend Captial Grill price is a bit less but service is outstanding the side menu salad options are amazing there is a large variety of steak options, I had the filet there as well, well done and it was like butter very soft. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant dur to menu service and price.
