Even with a reservation there will be a wait with minimal seating options. Difficult with small children
Great service, good was great definitely a good place to go out to eat and have a good time
My colleagues and I had a great time out. The service was great. I can't wait to return and make it a family night out.
Called twice to confirm our party would sit together then arrived and were seated separately due to large parties with existing contacts. Given that they were contracted, they should've known if they couldn't have sat us together during the two phone calls and communicated that. Ruined the birthday dinner as we were separated across the restaurant even though a random party was sat with us during the same time (could've easily moved the other party to keep us together, as promised)
I went to try the Wagyu of the World promotion they had going on and it did not disappoint. Our chef was hilarious and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home. My personal favorite was the Japanese Wagyu. Perfect for a night out with friends
I've been coming to Benihana, especially this location for so many 14yrs . This was probably the worst of experience I've had thus far everything just seems so disorganized. The chef seemed like he didn't know what he was doing or anybody order. Food and drinks were coming out at different times this was just unfortunate, especially to be celebrating a birthday.
Good food. Good service and good entertainment. I miss the Japanese chefs that trained for four years before they served the public. They were more skilled in trickery and presentation.
We always love going to Benihana. The food is wonderful and can be adjusted to taste as your table has a personal chef who are very attentive and cooperative. Its only problem is cost although it is commensurate with other high end restaurants. We go as often as we can afford and everyone always seems to have a good time.
Code infinite nonostante la prenotazione (prenotazione 20.30 tavolo seduti 21.15) piano di sopra troppa confusoone postazioni una attaccata all'altra. Tavolo conviviale divertente, cameriere gentili e sorridenti. Consiglio prenotate la postazione nelle sale piccole
Benihana needs to update their reservation process. Each table has to wait over 30 minutes from their reservation time to be seated

I was celebrating my birthday with friends and family. It's a special year. My choice for lunch was Benihana, always good.
1st time bringing my daughter. She loved the food and said it was fun. Love the different options for dinner and drinks and the entertainment is always great. The server was very attentive and pleasant. Will go again.
Food is always great. Atmoshere is also very good and a great place to celebrate a special occasion.
Very disappointed with this visit. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food didn't live up to expectations. The Benihana in Manhasset is far superior in quality. It's a shame to see the overall standards declining I won't be returning.
I've been aware of the reputation of Benihana, but the shrimp was not seasoned well, and an additional charge for fried rice being prepared at the grill over steamed is unusual in my experience with hibachi. Through no fault of her own, our server was working both levels and we poured our own water as a result. Overall, a bit underwhelming.
