As soon as we landed in NY we were immediately drawn back by the taste of home. Upon entering we felt like we were in Sicily, colors, smells and authentic flavors. Cristian was super kind and made us enjoy an excellent breakfast. We would have been chatting with him all day but during our stay we will stop by very often for real Italian espresso and Sicilian specialties.
BEST Italian spot downtown. . For Sicilians and not. Cristian especially, concierge type of customer service. Yesterday bought food and other Sicilian items for a birthday present. He was so kind to call me today to ask if the gift was appreciated . Who does that !!!
I went to this shop last week and ate a truly spectacular arancino or arancina (I wouldn't want to make a mistake!!!) It's really nice to enter an American shop and hear Italian spoken, it makes you feel at home!!!! And they made us feel at home with their service ❤️
