So many customers have had the same issue as me. It feels like a scam. I ordered an engagement cake and it got delivered completely messed up and customer service was awful. I paid $134 for a tiny cake to arrive messed up. I called and they told me they would remake my cake and deliver it by 6pm. Then a different person emailed me back and said the opposite.
