i find it extremely ridiculous that when you call the store number you are given an automated message and no way to speak to a real human being… i just wanted to ask about their chai tea before arriving but now i will be finding a coffee shop that actually answers their phones.

It was gloomy and rainy. I bought coffee for my office but 2 of them spilled on my way out. I walked in to reorder and let them know what happened. I was ready to pay but they let me know they’d be happy to replace them.
