The QiShan dry noodle with hand-ripped thick noodles and the pork crispy burger are highly recommended. The lamb cumin burger has a very strong cumin flavor. The beef noodle has a solid soup, tastes like bone broth, star anise and a slight heavy hand in a numbing spice that can make your tongue feel a tad sour. The beef is braised to perfection and melts in your mouth. The noodles are thick and good, but some prefer a tad more al dente chewy/toothsomeness. The price is reasonable and the quantity is large.
