The soup is hearty and well made, the portions beat many other noodleshop, and the lady at the front desk was super patient and nice while tending to my modifications. They don’t pressure for tips, yet they still serve the food to your table. Definitely a selling point for uni students like myself

This place rocks and I need more people to go here. The hand pulled noodles are amazing. The people are very nice and friendly. Great menu - I’ve had almost every single noodle dish. A perfect counter-service restaurant for weeknight dinners. Very affordable compared to other dinners/lunches in this neighborhood. I’ve been coming here like once a week for almost two years now lol.

I had wanted to come here for ageesssss, and finally made it but was definitely disappointed. I ordered the cold skin noodles and veggie dumplings. Noodles were OK, sauce was too watery. Dumplings barely had any flavor. Sucks I really wanted to like this place. Never trust any chain chinese food except Xian Food, their quality and taste has stayed excellent over the years. Also there was alot of trash in the front of the restaurant, and seeing their latest reviews on sanitation problems will not encourage me to come again.

Great quick bites and authentic northern China style. Always good to be back! This restaurant is self serve but everyone is super nice.
The beef is tender, delicious, and perfectly braised. The hand-pulled noodles are wide, chewy, and full of texture. The price is very reasonable, and the portion is generous. On top of that, the lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a place worth trying!

I ordered two bowls of beef noodles this afternoon. Halfway through my meal, I found a bug in the bowl—something that looked like a cockroach. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my appetite.
I called the restaurant immediately, hoping they could offer a solution. However, the person on the phone told me to wait because they were busy, and said they’d call me back later. I could hear her continuing to take orders from new customers while I was still on the line.
This made me even more upset. There was a serious issue, yet they kept serving food as if nothing happened. I was originally just hoping for a refund, but their attitude was unacceptable.
I’m leaving this review because I truly hope the restaurant takes hygiene seriously. Food safety is not something to be taken lightly.
