Bought a cake from here and you can barely even see the guava from how little they put so you’re paying $70 + dollars for a cake that has minimal amount of guava

The best desserts and good customer service, my favorites are the guava cake portion and the pineapple cake portion.

Purchased a 1/2 lb dominican birthday cake. Cake texture was fresh but pineapple filling was not. A small cake that runs $45, I was disappointed 😞

Terrible customer service, I order a simple cake that they already have ready. Just ask for colorful sprinkles and dot with color and they gave a completely different cake that was not even similar to the picture I show. The girl that took my order messed up what I explain to her. Messing up an order and then trying to blame the customer is completely wrong. I don’t know if it was the manager or owner, but she caught an attitude with me and just yelled right in my face I’m taking the cake and going to give your money back. I had years buying cake here and never encounter such a bad experience like today. They completely mess up my son birthday cake. Never coming back to this bakery again.

The only place I've found that has actual suspiró and not that bs American frosting crap. Cake is always moist not too sweet and the suspiró also. There's a reason why you can't get a cake after 4pm in Saturdays, they're always sold out. Definitely recommend if authentic 🇩🇴 cake w real suspiró is what ur looking for

I live in Harlem, and one thing I can’t get here is Dominican oatmeal. Dominican avena is otherworldly, but this avena is THE BEST. if i can take a whole tin of this. I would. I don’t know what they used, but it’s creamy, delicious and not too sweet. Padre Amado.

If I can give a zero star I would. I specifically ask the lady 5 times which cake slice was Dominican and she told me all of them are. I bought 4 cake slices and to my surprise the sponge was just a vanilla cake not a Dominican sponge. I tried calling several time and got a rude response. At one point the lady said that I wasn’t going to get a refund and keep the cake too which was not the case at all. The customer service is very bad and quality of the cake is horrible.
