Really wanted to love this bagel place but didn’t have a great experience. We were only 3x people ordering, they got 2x of our orders wrong & the 3rd person found a hair in her bagel midway eating. Really spoilt the experience. It’s a shame because the taste was great but the experience not so much

I got breakfast one morning at this bagel shop in the bustling Chelsea Market. In particular I ordered their sausage, egg, and cheese. I was surprised in a good way how much meat and cheese they put on it. It's a good place to stop for a breakfast sandwich.

This place has incredibly fresh, delicious bagels and even dairy-free tofu cream cheese! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a classic NY bagel with interesting spread options. Great service too!

Smells good, didn't get to taste. Staff behind the counter said they were too busy to help in person customers and that they would open 20-30 minutes late.
A huge queue and the lady at the counter was having deep chats with every customer... Make it move sis! Also, they got my order wrong and gave me a ham and egg bagel when I can’t eat eggs. I’d taken it away to eat outside by the water and didn’t realise so couldn’t go back so that was that - it got tossed in the bin which was a massive waste of $13 or whatever. Had a bite of my friend’s bagel which is why it’s getting two on food because the turkey avo one was decent to be fair. Plenty of bagels in NYC, skip this one! Overpriced and staff are pretty hopeless.

Rare that I take the time to come here and write a truly bad review, but this was one of the worst food experiences of my life. We ordered our bagels and waited well over 30 minutes. Almost everything in the order was wrong. They claimed I had only bought one bacon, egg and cheese bagel but we all saw it rung up twice on the screen. They told me I would have to go back and pay for another one (I stupidly opted for no receipt). The line at that point was out the door so I wasn’t willing to wait again. They brought one of our bagels out 30 minutes before the others and it was cold by the time my daughter ate it. They got my other daughter’s order wrong (ordered a classic salmon on salt; she got a plain toasted everything bagel). Asked them to remake it and they put it on the wrong type of bagel. Coffee was WAY too hot. No sense of urgency at all and poorly run.

So so delicious. I got the salmon bagel and it was super big and came with a generous amount of salmon. Absolutely worth the price. Also my first time having a salmon bagel with tomatoes, highly recommend.

Took so long to make a plain toasted cream cheese bagel.. was not THAT busy. Also found an onion in my bite, which shouldn’t have been in the plain cream cheese! Their large size iced coffee was equivalent to a standard medium/regular.

Visited twice during my visit from the UK because the food was so good! Friendly service and generous portions. I recommend the Brick Lane bagel on poppy seed, it is loaded with pastrami that melts in your mouth.

Was excited to try a breakfast sandwich, got to the Chelsea location at 7:59 am you say you open at 8 am staff setting up the bagels. Waiting patiently to order when a staff member tells me they are waiting for the manager, so I leave and come back ten- fifteen minutes later same person tells me they are still waiting for the manager.
Why you say you open at 8 am and have customers wait or like me just walk away
A disappointed person who would have loved to try
Hopefully you can get a manager to come in with other staff on time

I would give negative stars if I could. Unequivocally the worst bagel place I have ever been to in my life. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese from this place an order you would expect to be made easily and of a high standard considering you are in nyc, this was not that. For starters the bagel came out burnt, stale and to add insult to injury it came with no cheese a key ingredient. To summarize I would strongly avoid this place at all costs as it was unable to properly make one of the most iconic New York delicacies. The bagel was trash STAY AWAY.
