Really nice experience. Food was very good, my daughters loved it! I recommend without hesitation!

Burgers were very good. Our server was fine but drinks took 15 minutes due to a slow bartender I think. The bar was small and it was nice enough on the inside but didn't have a cozy pub feel at all.

Everything was good the appetizers, the food the drinks and my son loved the milkshakes, of course

The food was not cooked properly. Bad service forgot to bring in my drink, bad attitude with the server.

Good food (bit overpriced )and for European standards it was fine service but I still had go give a us tip

SOOOOO MUCH FUUUN AT BLACK TAP AT KIXBY HOTEL TIMES SQUARE!!! Celebrated our girls 18th bday !! MAX The Max was an awesome fun waiter ! We loved the chicken sandwich, crispy Brussels sprouts , always hit there spot ! We’ve been coming to black tap since 2017!!! Kixby time square is the best most fun location! Thanks MaX and black tap for bringing back The cotton candy sundae . And our other fav is the cookies supreme!! ENJOY y’all! Do black tap and you’ll be hooked for years to come . Also hit black tap in Singapore Marina Bay Hotel Mall. NYC more better !!! ;)))

What an absolute treat this restaurant was. To start off, the atmosphere of the place felt very chill and “vibey”. What I do love was how the restaurant kept the dark, nighttime feeling texturing. Bars and Televisions for entertainment and fun. The music was perfect for the feel, quiet but had some tunes to it.

The food was just absolutely fantastic. I decided to order one of their most popular dishes, the Chicken Sandwich. I gotta say, there has been other sandwiches I had before, this one is something to most definetly seek out for. The first bite has a lot of flavor. I could just instantly tell the chicken was fresh. The coleslaw with the sandwich too was definetly a very good touch, it enhanced the taste. The fries were a little underdone however I could still feel the crispy texture which is all I needed. For desert, we got their famous milkshakes, basically came here for that, it was like seeing a piece of artwork that couldn’t be touched. The amount of things they put on the milkshake not only looked beautiful but also had a very wonderful taste. I would actually highly recommend coming here for those.

The service was great! I had a friendly waitress who served our table, made sure we were doing well and asked if he had any questions. They have a very solid crew there.

Overall, this restaurant is a place to absolutely seek out, bring with friends or family, enjoy the night and have some amazing food. I will most definetly come back to this restaurant when I’m In the city! Amazing Job ! 🙌

It was beagiful we were so hungry we went 6 people we ordered 5 burgers 1 milshake and 1 nachos and we are about to throw up it fulled us

I would never go back here. There was a mix up which understandably happens in restaurants however its up to the restaurant on how it reacts. Our experience was very strange to say the least. I ordered the veggie burger and my friend ordered a regular burger and they swapped our orders. She realized when she bit in that it wasnt real meat. Our other friends order was correct and he ate since our meals were being remade and it was an awkward experience him being the only one with food and rhen he had to wait for us to finish our meals. Our server was very nice and fixed the mix up immediately, however when it was time to pay I assume the manager came over to ring us out. When we complained about it and he was like ill see if i can do something about it and compensated one of our burgers. Which is what a resturant should do without the customer complaining especially over a big mix up like that. While he was compensating our burger he was shaking his head and was like whats the problem its not like you guys didnt get what you guys ordered. However thats not the point the fact that he didn't apologize and just complained about a mistake THEY made. If you want to go to a resturant that does not care about their customers then this is the place for you.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and arrogant. The service was rather poor as well.

I only order takeout but the restaurant atmosphere looks nice. The wagyu burger beef doesn’t taste especially good, I was hoping for a more softer texture. It was a bit over cooked despite I order a medium.
